Non-custom orders are usually ready to ship within 24 hours.

Custom orders may take 3-10 business days depending on our current work queue.

Design requirements for custom orders: all lines and features in your design must be a minimum of 1mm thick to ensure the best print/engrave quality. Designs that don't meet this minimum may need revision before production, which can add to turnaround time.
